Ren himself was barely expending anything.

Quargos, on the other hand.

Had been battered senseless.

He could only curl up and endure the blows.

"I would have eaten you as a snack already!"

Quargos roared in fury.

Ren's hands never stopped moving.

Spells kept taking shape in space.

Black Spears rained down, filling the sky.

Like divine punishment descending.

The blue shield around Quargos had shattered long ago.

He could no longer spit energy from his mouth either.

He could only wrap his enormous tail tightly in front of himself as a shield.

But Ren was considering something else.

This creature.

Really did have something to do with Eye Beast.

He was probably a war machine Eye Beast had created.

Then something had gone wrong.

And he had been sealed on Earth.

The thought made Ren grind his teeth in hatred.

Killing Eye Beast with a single sword strike had let him off far too easily.

If he had the chance now.

Ren would drag Eye Beast out and desecrate his corpse ten thousand times.

He was already dead.

Yet he had still left a menace on Earth to torment everyone.

"Stop!"

"Withdraw your magic!"

"Or I'll crush every soul of your people!"

An utterly savage psychic surge erupted from within Quargos.

Ren raised an eyebrow.

He waved a hand.

The Black Spears suspended in space stopped instantly.

"Spit out every soul you swallowed."

"If I'm in a good mood, I might leave your corpse intact."

Ren's voice was ice-cold.
