Two massive shadows hurtled backward in opposite directions.

Shackles bound Xia Le's ankles, and his feet dragged a long trail across the floor.

He was breathing hard, but his eyes shone with excitement.

Seastone suppressed his body, and he was still gravely injured. He could not bring out even a tenth of his full strength. Yet under these conditions, he could feel himself growing stronger.

His body was adapting faster under such extreme strain.

"How fascinating! This is absolutely fascinating!"

With a roar of laughter, Xia Le broke into a sprint.
