Cobra froze, then stared hard at the electric light.
The lightning awakened memories long dormant in his mind.
"I'm sorry. While I was away, Crocodile actually dared to do something so outrageous!"
A deep voice rang out, and a figure stepped forward, appearing before father and daughter.
Igaram, who had just entered the palace, stared wide-eyed at the figure in the hall. For a moment, he was too overwhelmed to speak.
