"I was right. You're nothing but dogs kept by the Celestial Dragons!"

"But you dogs can't even keep your masters safe!"

The furious insults rang in Joyce's ears. After his anger subsided, he found himself feeling almost numb.

He desperately wanted to clench his fist and slam it into the old bastard's face, shattering his teeth.

But the rules and restrictions ingrained in him kept him from taking that step.

Just then, a streak of electricity suddenly cut through the air ahead.

A cold, low voice reached their ears.

"Who are you calling dogs, you old bastard?"

The lightning faded directly in front of the elderly Celestial Dragon, revealing a three-meter-tall figure who had appeared out of nowhere.

What made the old Celestial Dragon's face twitch even more was the Marine before him, looking down at him with ice-cold eyes and a terrifying presence.

"How dare you!"

"You dare stand so close and offend me like this?!"

The elderly Celestial Dragon shouted in a trembling voice.

"I asked you who you were calling dogs."

Xia Le repeated his question, his tone chilling.

His icy gaze was like a beast poised to devour its prey. One wrong answer from the old man before him, and he would tear him to pieces.

"Admiral Xia Le?!"

Joyce abruptly raised his head. When he saw who had arrived, he cried out in delighted excitement.

The other Marines all looked up as well, their eyes lighting up at the sight of the figure whose presence completely overwhelmed the Celestial Dragon.

"Xia Le?!"

"You're Nefertari Xia Le?"

Hearing that name, the elderly Celestial Dragon shuddered and involuntarily backed away. After three steps, he fell to the ground with a thud.
