Kuta shook his head, jumped off the camel, and dispersed the field he had compressed to its limit before him.

A sudden gust of cold wind burst outward from Kuta. Everyone shivered, then felt blissfully cool, as though they had stepped straight from a scorching summer into spring.
But the gust swept past, and the hot air around them quickly swallowed it up.
Before they could enjoy it for long, the heat closed in from every direction and wrapped around them again.
Gulp!
The Ahua Trio stared at the ice floating before Kuta and swallowed in unison.
"All right, you can take it now."
He could now keep a single layer of space active without limit.
Within that space, he could not unfold multiple layers to form a field and gain that godlike feeling, but it still made small tasks convenient.
As long as something was not too heavy, he could make it float within his space.

Kuta stepped forward, ignoring the three goofballs who were making a racket over their ice.
He raised his head and looked at the Sandora River.
The vast river stretched beyond sight, its blue surface as calm as a mirror. A flicker of awe entered his eyes.
A river fifty kilometers wide on average.
"What a sight!"
He lowered his gaze to the sand and stones exposed beneath his feet by the falling water level. Crouching, he picked up a smooth orange-yellow agate that looked like a gemstone.
He stood and held the agate overhead. In the sunlight, he could clearly see the sun forming a ring of light inside it.
Back in his old world, someone would probably have picked up an agate of this quality long ago!
Yet here, stones like it lay all over
