With Kaido and Charlotte Linlin here, Silver Hair would die no matter how powerful he was.
And there were the Marines, too.
Although the Marines had yet to act, with orders from the World Government, he refused to believe they would let this opportunity slip away.
They were probably holding back to reap the rewards once both sides had worn each other down.
Now that Charlotte Linlin had arrived, they would have to act whether they wanted to or not.

He was still fantasizing, imagining how, once that Silver Hair brat was defeated, he would step on his head to avenge his earlier humiliation.
