She added with a smile, "He's taking his Vileplume. Apparently, this year's prize is a Grass-type Pokémon Egg from another region, so more people have entered than ever before."

Dian felt a private surge of relief when Azisa accepted the Sun Stone. He didn't like feeling indebted to someone all the time.
After all, the value of moves like Solar Beam and Energy Ball shouldn't be underestimated.
There might be plenty of Pokémon that knew Solar Beam or Energy Ball at regional tournaments.
But across the entire Pokémon World, how many Oddish could learn both moves before evolving? It wasn't just a matter of natural talent. It came down to how they were raised, too.
