The Soaked Rhydon

Roar!

The Pokémon that emerged in the red light was, naturally, Belia's trusty Rhydon.

It raised the horn on its head high and spun it rapidly. Its feet scraped against the ground, ready to charge at any moment!

"Rhydon, don't hold back! Use Horn Drill!"

Belia swept out a hand, cold and merciless.

Roar!

Rhydon's icy gaze locked onto Dian, and it lunged.

Bang!

The tremendous force of Rhydon's charge cracked the ground beneath it, and a fierce whirlwind swept toward Dian.

Dian watched the raging Horn Drill with a cold smile. "Water Gun!!"

Boom!!

Figures burst from the nearby waterway—a group of Remoraid, with an Octillery flailing its tentacles among them.

Together, they unleashed the move they knew best: Water Gun!!

Bang, bang, bang!!!

Jet after jet struck the charging Rhydon. Each one slowed it only a little, but there were so many, and they came in such orderly succession, one after another!

"Ta! Ta-ta!!"

Floating on the water like a commanding general, Octillery brought the full strength of the Remoraid group to bear. It waved its tentacles, directing the Remoraid to attack together in formation, one group after another.

"What?!!"

Belia stared openmouthed at the Remoraid that had appeared out of nowhere. He could hardly believe it—but something even more unbelievable was yet to come.

A final, thick column of water blasted Rhydon into the air. Then Ice Beams surged toward it from every direction.

Roar!

The relentless Water Guns had already drained Rhydon's strength. It could only watch as the Ice Beams streaked in and engulfed it.

Almost instantly, Rhydon vanished in a flood of white light. When the light faded, a chill spread through the air. An enormous block of ice stood where it had been, with Rhydon's figure barely visible inside.
