Eevee Rongrong wasn't cute at all

"Vii—"

Above the azure sea and sky, a white seabird with a blue beak half the size of its body circled through the air, leading six long-winged seabirds with black beaks.

They flew in a straight line, their formation looking neat and orderly.

"Mei?"

One of the smaller black-beaked birds gazed curiously at the enormous object below. It was practically as big as the giant blue whale they had encountered before, and there seemed to be lots of strange people standing on it.

The little seabird kept tilting its head to study the enormous cruise ship beneath it, failing to notice that it had drifted off course and broken their straight-line formation.

"Vii!"

The blue-beaked Pelipper flapped its blue wings and gave a stern cry. The curious baby Wingull immediately drooped its head and hurriedly corrected its course, following the rest of its flock toward a nearby stretch of sea to hunt for food.

This little episode also gave the tourists aboard the cruise ship some amusement. After all, they had come all the way from Almia and were bound for the Hoenn Region. Though the journey had been safe, it had also been rather dull.

"Mommy, are those Pokémon?"

A little girl with a ponytail hugged her Pikachu doll tightly as she watched the Wingull fly away. "What kind of Pokémon are they?"

"Um..."

The young-looking woman seemed troubled by the question. She really did not know much about them.

"The one with the blue beak is a Pelipper. It's the evolved form of the Wingull flying beside it."

Dian walked over just then and answered with a smile.
