Groudon brought to mind Ho-Oh, the being worshipped by the people of the Johto Region. Ancient people had revered both as gods.

But why had they worshipped them as gods? The answer was simple: fear.

They had called them gods because they feared them and hoped never to encounter them. That was all.

Ho-Oh was one thing; these days, it rarely involved itself with anyone. But Groudon... that one had a fierce temper. Dian wanted something connected to it to strengthen Larvitar's potential, but he had no desire to meet it face-to-face. Not yet.

"Ruins connected to Groudon..."

Dian's eyes flickered. He was almost certain now that Team Magma had attacked Michael, and their goal most likely had something to do with Groudon.
