"Ki-ku..."

Mawile nudged one of the cans with her long black jaw, and pink Pokéblocks rolled out, giving off an enticing aroma.

These Pokéblocks had been specially blended for Skiploom, with ingredients beneficial to Fairy types.

"Ku?"

She quietly picked one up and sniffed it, tilting her head as she stared at the unfamiliar food in confusion.

In the end, Mawile could no longer bear her hunger and ate the Pokéblock in her hands in tiny bites. "Ki-ku!"

Her eyes lit up, but just as she was about to eat a second one, she saw the human opposite her stand up.

"Ki-ku..."

Mawile immediately hid behind her weapon again.

But then she saw the human walk straight out of the room and close the door behind him.

"Ku-ki-ku."

Mawile waited a while. When nothing happened, she finally relaxed completely. She slowly approached the Pokéblocks on the floor, carefully picked one up, and happily ate it, cradling it in both hands. The long jaw atop her head slowly closed and drooped behind her.

She failed to notice that the computer's camera was still on, transmitting her every movement to Dian outside the room.

Only after Mawile had eaten both cans of Pokéblocks did she curiously inspect her surroundings. "Ee?"

She slowly climbed onto the chair, looked up at the round energy-saving lamp, then looked at the computer in front of her.

Suddenly, the computer screen went dark, startling the curious Mawile. She nimbly leaped backward and landed on the soft bed.

"Ki-ku?"

Mawile's attention immediately shifted from the computer to the bed. She gave an experimental bounce, then began playing on it. Eventually, she yawned and curled up in the corner by the wall to sleep, her enormous long jaw draped over her like a blanket.
