A town like a paradise, it was separated from Nimbasa City by the vast Wilderness Gobi, the result of excessive development in the past.
And the fruit of that excessive development was Nimbasa City, one of Unova's greatest metropolises—a city of entertainment.
After disembarking from the Airship, Dian parted ways with Anabel and Looker.
Anabel and Looker headed to Nimbasa City to organize the arriving International Police officers and secretly surround the nearby wilderness.
Dian, meanwhile, would lie in wait on the opposite side of town.
That had been the plan.
Unfortunately,
Dian had no intention of following the International Police's plan.
It would take too much time, and the International Police wanted to catch everyone in one sweep.
His only goal, however, was to rescue the Amaura Lulu and the sisters Fennel and Truffle.
Holding a silver Poké Ball, Dian stood silently atop the tallest building in town. Before him was a Ferris wheel shimmering with multicolored lights.
Laughter filled the air amid the dazzling beauty.
But Dian's gaze was not on the town. Wearing goggles specially made by the Pokémon Ranger Union, he scanned the sky.

Hoping the two Amaura had not given up, and that they could trigger an aurora during the exchange.

Dian said in a low voice, "I'm counting on you."
