"It all began in the distant age of myth," Pandora said. "I have lived for over three million days to tell this story."
"Hey, hey, I haven't even finished arguing with this guy. Why are we starting story time already?" Roland glared at Batman.
"Business first..." Batman held Roland back and spoke to Pandora.
Over three million days ago, Pandora had been a young girl in a primitive tribe. A mother in the tribe, worried about her child's high fever, had asked young Pandora to gather some medicinal herbs in the forest.
But Pandora had found no herbs in the forest. Instead, she had discovered something else—a metal skull glowing with an evil red light, which would later be known as "Pandora's Box."
Curiosity had led Pandora to pick up the skull and open it, bringing the Seven Deadly Sins into the world.
They were Pride, Wrath, Greed, Envy, Gluttony, Lust, and Sloth.
They called Pandora, who had released them, their mother. Only she could see the seven monsters of sin, and their first act upon entering the world had been to destroy her tribe. Its people slaughtered and destroyed one another.
Young Pandora could only fall to her knees and weep, praying to die alongside her people. But the seven monsters would not harm the person who had freed them. They had departed, scattering across the world and using the power of the Seven Deadly Sins to turn it into a realm of wickedness.
Pandora had then been summoned to the Rock of Eternity to stand trial. The wizards of the Council of Eternity had accused her of releasing the Seven Deadly Sins and corrupting the world.
Three people had stood trial that day. They would later be known as the Trinity of Sin.
