Release Day Thoughts

Before I knew it, another book of mine was going on sale. I hadn't been in great shape while writing it, and the numbers had been poor all along. Still, this style felt like the right fit for me, even if it had never found much of an audience.

I didn't even know what I was writing with the new book on my main account, and I'd completely given up on it. That was why I hadn't dared say a word when I started a new book on this side account...

This book was supposed to go on sale last week, but after it stopped getting recommendations, it gained fewer than ten bookmarks a day.

Recommendation algorithms hadn't been kind to fanfiction lately, and Pokémon stories weren't drawing much interest either. Dragging things out any longer would probably make the numbers worse. But the plot hadn't reached its climax yet, so I put the release off for a week and tried to pick up the pace.

That was about all I had to say. I'd definitely write this book through to the end. Please spare me some recommendation votes and monthly votes...
