Ron offered his guess with absolute confidence.

"The Castle's Dungeon?!! There's plenty of room down there. Someone could secretly dig out a chamber without anyone noticing!"

But Riddle disappointed both Ron and Hermione. He neither entered a hidden passage nor used some secret spell to open a stone wall. Instead, he went to the Potions Classroom.
