Harry's eyes felt terribly uncomfortable, as though a huge membrane were blocking everything in front of him.
He instinctively touched his nose and realized he wasn't wearing his glasses. Fighting back his nausea, he felt around on the wet tiled floor for quite some time before finding them.
Once he put them on, the world immediately came into focus. However, a spiderweb pattern appeared in the upper-left corner of everything he saw through his right eye. He immediately realized his glasses had cracked again!
"Reparo!"
A gentle, warm light flashed, and the spiderweb cracks visibly disappeared!
"Thanks!"
After thanking Luo Bin, Harry bent down and picked up the Magical Diary from the puddle. He carefully wiped the water from it with tissues.
"Harry, wiping it like that is too slow. Why not try 'Incendio'?"
Hermione pulled out her wand, eager to give it a go.
"No, it's too precious. It recorded the Chamber of Secrets attacks from fifty years ago. I have to make sure it doesn't suffer the slightest damage!"
Once the tissues could no longer draw out any moisture, Harry opened the Diary and tucked it against his chest, intending to dry it slowly with his body heat.
"Luo Bin, how likely do you think it is that Hagrid is Salazar Slytherin's heir?" Harry asked.
"I have to admit, Hagrid has a baffling obsession with strange magical creatures. But I believe that whether we're talking about Hagrid as a boy or Hagrid the gamekeeper, he's an extremely kind person at heart. Someone who loves animals couldn't possibly use them to murder people."
"Agreed. Right up until we left Tom Riddle's memory space, Hagrid was still insisting that Aragog couldn't possibly hurt anyone."
Hermione voiced her agreement.
"I disagree. Hagrid is very suspicious. Don't forget Fluffy, that vicious three-headed
