The research reserve's washing facilities were basic but practical. A tap of a wand sent hot water flowing from the shower, and the temperature was adjustable. Refreshed after their showers, Hagrid and Luo Bin changed into the clothes Charlie had found for them.
"Clearly, I got the sizes wrong. But these are the largest and smallest clothes on the entire reserve!"
Luo Bin had clothes in the Blue Cloth Pouch, but they were school uniforms. He couldn't go wandering around another country's magical research reserve dressed for school.
Charlie snapped his fingers, his eyes lighting up. "Maybe I should take you to meet Mr. Flersan!"
The Tailor Shop was deceptive. From outside, it looked like a wooden hut smaller and shabbier than Hagrid's stone house. Inside, it was enormous and elegantly furnished. Leather, cotton, silk, gold thread, and other materials hung on shelves, sorted by type and color.
Flersan was a spry old man with small round glasses, white hair, and a youthful face. He stood straight and walked briskly. Though only five foot seven, he carried himself like a giant.
"Oh, Mr. Charlie Weasley, you're back. What style and material of clothing would you like to order this time?"
There it was. One sentence, and he already sounded like a man who lived for money!
Charlie leaned back, waved a hand, and covered the hole in his sleeve. "Rubeus Hagrid and Robin Sear are honored guests who've come all the way from Hogwarts. Could you alter their clothes? Any leftover fabric can cover the fee!"
Anyone who had read Harry Potter knew how poor the Weasley family was. When Ron's wand broke, he taped it together and kept using it. At their poorest, the family vault held just one Galleon and a small pile of Silver Sickles. A thief
