Osa Edward's reputation preceded him, and Fleurs Slade had already made an example of someone. The junior leaders present might have had complaints, but none dared voice them. They smiled and cooperated with Charlie.

Meanwhile, after three vials of potion had fully healed him, Luo Bin ran back to Norbert's large enclosure and spoke to her through the enchanted iron fence.

Yesterday, he had slipped between the bars. Today, the fence had been reinforced. The gaps were only as wide as a thumb, and the bars were enchanted. Without a key, he had no chance of getting in.

Luo Bin had gone to Edward, but the man had a leaf mask stuck to the back of his neck. He claimed to be on sick leave and said he had given the key to Charlie. Charlie was still in an emergency meeting with the Wizards, so Luo Bin could only call through the fence to soothe Norbert.

"Little one, if you keep crying out, you'll lose your voice!"

Luo Bin turned. An energetic old man had arrived, dressed in light-brown clothes and a wide-brimmed hat. He carried a large aluminum bucket filled with bloody chunks of mutton!

"Cough, cough. Who are you?"

"I feed the Fire Dragons. You can call me Mr. Osa. Come on in. It breaks my heart to hear Norberta crying like that!"

"Huh?"

Before Luo Bin could make sense of it, Mr. Osa unhooked a large ring of keys from his belt, deftly picked out the one marked 0507, and opened the gate.

After stepping inside, he said to the black-haired, dark-eyed boy, "If you're not coming in, I'm locking the gate. The reserve hasn't been very safe lately. Even feeding time calls for caution."

"Oh, right. I'm coming!"
