With a resounding bang, a hideous, grotesque dead fish slammed into the pressure-resistant glass window.
That was how deep-sea fish were. Nobody was looking anyway, so they could grow however they pleased.
Hearing the noise, a nearby base worker switched on the light to take a look. Upon finding that it was only a dead fish, they casually switched it off again and thought nothing of it.
After all, this place was all water. Fish were the last thing it lacked.
Especially since the technological explosion, those bastards at the Four Great Corporations had dumped untold amounts of industrial wastewater into the sea, making these fish mutate more drastically than the last. Never mind twenty thousand meters underwater—you could find them even at a hundred thousand meters.
What the worker did not know, however, was that the fish had been poisoned to death by Nuclear Wastewater.
And not far from the base lay two more corpses: one human and one dolphin.

The Black-Rank Monster Evil Nuclear Wastewater could merge with the ocean. To it, the agency's base, hidden twenty thousand meters underwater, stood out like the moon in the night sky.
Flesh Cosmic Overlord surveyed the area and issued a telepathic order. "Strange. Chen Feng isn't at the base. To avoid alerting him, nobody moves until we see Chen Feng."
The monsters nodded. "Yes."
Flesh Opinion Desire felt uneasy. "Boss, can we really catch Chen Feng off guard by lying in ambush here?"
But Flesh Cosmic Overlord ignored the question and began doing push-ups on his own.
