The sky was clear for miles.

The huge black beast spoke in a human voice.

Upon its broad back, which spanned over thirty meters with all eight wings spread,

sat a beautiful woman in a Pale Cyan dress, around thirty years of age. Her light-green eyes were filled with delight as she gazed at the unconscious young girl cradled in her arms.

She lifted the girl's eyelid and glanced at the faint petal-shaped marks around her jade-green pupil. A smile tugged at her lips.

"White Fang, your senses are as sharp as ever. These really are the Triple Jade-Green Snake Flower Pupils. There's no mistake."

In truth, the moment the girl had summoned a Dou Wang expert of the Snake-People Tribe and a Two-Headed Fire Spirit Snake, they had both been convinced. This was merely one last check before they sent word to the Heavenly Snake Mansion.
