"Teacher, what's so mysterious about it?" Xiao Yan asked curiously in his mind.

Xiao Yan swept his gaze over the door. A glint of curiosity flashed in his eyes as he smiled and asked, "Senior, may I go in and have a look?"

"My apologies, my lord. I'm afraid that isn't possible for now.

Only someone recognized by the Gate of Life and Death can open it.

And anyone it recognizes has only two chances to enter in their lifetime: once for a trial, and once when they pass away."
