The Women of Naruto Have a System

After parting ways with Uchiha Yin, Kushina Uzumaki returned home.

Kushina Uzumaki had only recently arrived in Konoha and was now living with Mito Uzumaki.

Apparently, two other people lived there as well, but both were away on missions and had yet to return. For now, it was just Kushina Uzumaki and Mito Uzumaki.

"You're back, Kushina. Looks like you had a good time today."

Seeing the happiness on Kushina Uzumaki's face, Mito Uzumaki smiled warmly.

"I did, Grandma Mito! I made a really good friend today."

Kushina Uzumaki answered with a radiant smile.

She didn't know why, but whenever she thought of Uchiha Yin, warmth spread through her heart.

She no longer minded the system's tasks much. In fact, she was even looking forward to them.

She especially wanted to make a lunchbox for him tomorrow, just as the task required. She was curious whether Uchiha Yin would approve of her cooking.

But with that tsundere personality of his, he'd probably say it tasted bad even if he liked it!

Wouldn't that mean I'd have to kiss Uchiha Yin?!

The thought suddenly struck Kushina Uzumaki, and her face flushed.

No way! That would be my first kiss! I can't just give it away like that! If Uchiha Yin says it tastes bad, I'm done for!

Kushina Uzumaki stamped her foot, flustered and a little indignant.

She didn't even notice that she no longer recoiled from the penalty for failing the task.

It seems Kushina didn't just make a good friend.

Mito Uzumaki had been young once herself. Seeing Kushina Uzumaki's reaction, she could tell the girl seemed to have developed feelings for someone.

But Mito Uzumaki didn't press her. She only hoped Kushina Uzumaki could have a better life in Konoha.

Ding-dong.

The doorbell rang.

"Kushina, could you get the door? It's probably your big sister Tsunade."

Mito Uzumaki spoke.

"Okay."

"Just a moment! Coming!"

Kushina Uzumaki opened the door. Sure enough, Tsunade stood outside in casual clothes.

After following them halfway, Tsunade had stopped to think about how to complete her system task. Only once she had a plan did she head home, arriving after Kushina Uzumaki.

"You must be Kushina Uzumaki. Hello, I'm Tsunade."

Tsunade smiled and held out her hand.

"Hello, big sister Tsunade. I'm Kushina Uzumaki."
