"Class, your next lesson is combat practice. A few important people are coming to observe today, and they may choose some of you as their disciples. So give it your all and show them your best."

The Chunin teacher spoke with a broad smile.

He had heard today that several important people were coming to observe his class and take on disciples. He had been grinning ever since, which was why he had shown far more enthusiasm than usual during the Konoha history lesson.

If one of his students caught their eye, it would reflect well on him too.

"Is Tsunade coming?"

Kushina Uzumaki muttered under her breath.

Kushina Uzumaki had met Tsunade yesterday. Although the system had labeled Tsunade a romantic rival, Tsunade's openhearted nature had quickly made Kushina see her as an older sister.

Tsunade liked Kushina's fiery personality too, and the two had soon become as close as sisters.

Yesterday, Tsunade had also said she might choose one or more disciples with limitless potential from the Ninja Academy. She had even jokingly asked Kushina if she wanted to become her disciple.

Of course Kushina had agreed.

So when Kushina heard the Chunin teacher's announcement, Tsunade was the first person who came to mind.

"What?" Uchiha Yin asked Kushina, having only vaguely caught what she had said.

"Nothing, Shadow. You'd better do well today."

Kushina gave Uchiha Yin a sly smile.

Chapter 23: The Three Ninja Watch

Since I'm already Tsunade's disciple, if Uchiha Yin becomes her disciple too, wouldn't that make me his Senior Sister?

The thought of becoming Uchiha Yin's Senior Sister filled Kushina with a strange excitement.

"Yin, rub my legs." "Of course, Senior Sister."

"Yin, give me a massage." "Of course, Senior Sister."

She could almost see herself lounging comfortably in a chair, using her status as Senior Sister to boss around that stubborn Uchiha Yin.

As for the system's claim that Tsunade was a romantic rival, Kushina chose to ignore it.

Tsunade's so much older than Yin. How could she be my romantic rival? That system just makes things up.

Kushina felt a little dissatisfied with the system's "mistaken" information.

Seeing Kushina's sly smile, Uchiha Yin was briefly at a loss.

Could the visitor be someone she knows?

That's entirely possible.

Kushina seems to be living at Mito Uzumaki's home. If Tsunade lives there too, then Kushina may already know her.

Does that mean Tsunade is coming to watch our combat practice?

Maybe it won't be just Tsunade. Orochimaru and Jiraiya might come too.

In the original story, Minato Namikaze must have shown some remarkable talent for Jiraiya to take him as a disciple. Could it have happened during this combat lesson?
