Naruto: They Have a System

Despite that thought, Kushina Uzumaki was immediately drawn to the new missions. She read each one carefully.

The daily missions seemed to be the best of the lot. They had no special requirements and no penalties for failure. The side missions and main mission, though, were almost too much for Kushina to look at.

"System, if you're the Strongest Jinchūriki System, why is the main mission to become Uchiha Yin's wife?"

"And why do I have to marry someone I barely know? Why do I have to start dating him before graduation?"

Kushina roared inwardly, thoroughly displeased.

"Ding! An excellent question, host. This system will not answer it."

"System, I want a refund! I'm not staying bound to you. Unbind me!"

Still fuming, Kushina spoke to the system without thinking.

"Are you sure you wish to unbind from the system? Yes/No (Unbinding requires the host's death.)"

"I was joking! No, no, no!"

Kushina's heart sank when she read the words in parentheses. She hurriedly selected no.

She had no desire to die for a reason like that. It would be far too pathetic.

She was one of the few remaining descendants of the Uzumaki Clan. She had a duty to revive the clan someday. How could she die now?

There's no way around it. You can do this, Kushina! It's just winning over a boy, right? With your looks, it'll be easy!

After giving herself that pep talk, Kushina calmed down.

Now that she was calm, she took a closer look at Uchiha Yin standing before her.

His fair, smooth face had sharp, handsome features. His dark, deep-set eyes held a captivating gleam. From his thick brows and straight nose to the beautiful shape of his lips, everything about him spoke of elegance and refinement.

"He's not bad-looking. I didn't notice before, but he's kind of handsome."

Kushina was no lovestruck fool, but even she had to admit Uchiha Yin was handsome.

It was especially his bearing. One glance told her he was different from the other little kids.

If Uchiha Yin had known what Kushina was thinking, he probably would have retorted, I was a college student in my past life! I was in my twenties. Of course I'm not like those little kids!

"I'd better make an extra lunch tomorrow. I wonder if he'll like it."

Kushina sighed at the thought.

Unbeknownst to Kushina, the system in Uchiha Yin's mind finally spoke up.

"Ding! Congratulations, host. Uzumaki Clan Sealing Jutsu proficiency +1."

"Ding! Host does not possess Uzumaki Clan Sealing Jutsu. Reward changed to Uzumaki Clan Sealing Jutsu."

"Ding! Congratulations, host. All attributes +1."

What's going on? Why did I suddenly get all these rewards?

Uchiha Yin stood there under Kushina's gaze, completely baffled.
