Guy burst out laughing and thumped his chest with a dull thud.
"Of course! It would be my honor!"
Then his expression turned serious. He stepped forward, his hands at his sides.
"Lord Yongye, the story about Kakashi disowning his father at his grave is just a rumor! You mustn't believe it."
The story had spread all over Konoha!
Before Shisui's eyes were gouged out, it had been the hottest topic in the village. People discussed it everywhere, in the streets and over tea.
Some said Kakashi really had knelt before the grave and disowned his father. Others said it had not been that serious; he had merely lost his temper. Still others said someone had made it up to find out whether Kakashi wanted revenge.
"Perhaps," Yongye replied casually.
One word. Neither confirmation nor denial.
"What matters now is that Kakashi proves he had nothing to do with what happened to Shisui. Otherwise, he'll be joining his father."
Guy nodded vigorously and planted his hands back on his hips.
"I'm sure Kakashi had nothing to do with Shisui. I'm not worried at all."
"By the way, how do you usually train? How could you stay so composed after opening the Seventh Gate?"
Yongye looked at him, the corner of his mouth lifting slightly as he put on an act. "Being a genius only earns you the right to meet me! You wouldn't understand even if I explained."
Sure enough, Might Guy was awestruck!
Then his eyes lit up, and admiration showed plainly on his rugged face!
He raised a hand and slapped his forehead.
"Being a genius only earns you the right to meet you... Incredible!"
"Kakashi and Body Flicker Shisui are recognized as geniuses throughout Konoha, but even they only qualify for an audience with you. They can't
