Background

Ten thousand years before the present story, Li Qingxun arranged for a clone to take Huo Yuhao’s place in the Divine Realm while his true body remained sealed in the Far North. The clone became the God of Emotion; Li Qingxun later awakens when the Snow Empress opens his ice-marrow coffin 1 15.

He travels to Eastsea City using an identity obtained by altering others’ memories. Knowing that stronger Soul Masters could still kill him, he enrolls at Eastsea Academy partly for protection. Wu Changkong recruits him into Class Zero after seeing his Heavenly Snow Woman and sensing the extreme mental power of his White Dragon Martial Soul 2 3.

Appearance

Li Qingxun appears to be a boy of about ten, despite having existed for more than ten thousand years 2.

• Black hair, dark eyes, and sharply defined features 3.
• A composed expression that makes him seem older than his apparent age 3.
• Pale-gold, slit-pupiled eyes when his Fantasy power is active 17 23.

Personality

Li Qingxun is cautious about threats he cannot yet defeat, but ruthless when he believes someone has attacked or obstructed him. He seeks allies, concealment, and cultivation resources rather than relying on his current strength alone 2 7 15. His dealings with Gu Yue are openly transactional: he helps her resist an influence on her will, then names the spirit herbs he expects in payment 18 19.

Abilities & Skills

Heavenly Snow Woman and Ultimate Ice

The Snow Empress serves as Li Qingxun’s Soul Spirit and provides the Heavenly Snow Woman’s early Soul Rings 1 23.

• Forms ice shields, chains, lotuses, and swords; his second Soul Skill creates an Ice and Snow Sword 6 7 10 16.
• Leaves extreme cold in wounds that is difficult for others to remove, though he can withdraw it himself 8.
• Defeats Wang Jinxi and Zhang Yangzi’s fused Darkness Bone Dragon with one thrown sword; later summons nine swords at once 7 11.

Fantasy Dragon

Li Qingxun’s other Martial Soul appears as a white dragon with extreme Mental Attribute power. Its inheritance requires unusually large amounts of cultivation resources, and he has not attached a Soul Spirit to it by his second ring 3 5 15.

• Simulation: Briefly reproduces powers from other paths, subject to severe limitations and substantial Fantasy Power costs 5 18.
• Reality Distortion: Makes an otherwise impossible outcome occur. Li uses it to overcome Gu Yue’s Ice-Fire Windstorm and to redirect her killing intent 5 10 18.
• Mental perception: Senses the general direction of others’ thoughts and locates classmates within the Spirit Ascension Platform 5 22.

Clone Creation

Li Qingxun creates clones using Fantasy Power. Ordinary clones have independent consciousness but remain loyal; creating them can leave him exhausted 2 12.

• Creates Wu Liuqi, also called Seven, to seek Tang Sect and Spirit Pagoda resources, though Seven prefers cutting hair to robbery 2 4 12.
• Creates Toji Fushiguro for a Tang Sect raid, choosing a fighter whose physical strength is less constrained by Martial Soul rules 12 16.
• Maintains a separate connection to the clone sent to the Divine Realm, but loses direct contact when that realm disappears 1 13.

Story Role / Major Arcs

• Class Zero conflict: After Wei Xiaofeng attacks him and Wang Jinxi and Zhang Yangzi join the fight, Li Qingxun seriously injures all three. He later removes the lingering cold from their wounds; the school makes no formal ruling 6 9.
• Duels at training: He nearly matches Wu Changkong’s suppressed strength, then defeats Gu Yue by using Reality Distortion against her Ice-Fire Windstorm 9 10.
• Tang Sect treasury raid: Toji breaks into an Eastsea City branch while Li Qingxun assists through their connection. They take spirit herbs, Soul Bones, cash, and bank cards from its vault 16 17.
• Alliance with Gu Yue: Li Qingxun draws her into a dream to investigate the power affecting her. He gives her a temporary reprieve and agrees to further help in exchange for spirit herbs 18 19.
• Spirit Ascension Platform investigation: During Class Zero’s visit, he secretly searches for flaws in the platform, opens a breach, and sends his consciousness into its underlying code 22 23.
