Lin Fan looked at Ma Xiaotao and said goodbye.

The students entering the dormitory building froze, surprised to see a senior escorting a freshman back.

Envy, jealousy, and resentment surged through them. They wanted a senior as beautiful as a fairy to walk them home too.

The commotion caught Huo Yuhao's attention inside his first-floor dorm room.

He poked his head out and stared in shock as a senior in red escorted Lin Fan back to the building.

Lin Fan quickly recognized her. It was Wang Dong, disguised as a boy.

He glanced at her, then looked away and headed straight for his dorm room.

Meanwhile, Wang Dong stared at Lin Fan's handsome face in disbelief.

A blush spread across her cheeks like red clouds. There's actually a boy more handsome than me.

She immediately turned to Huo Yuhao and asked who he was.

"Huo Yuhao, who is he?"

"Oh, him? That's Lin Fan. He's several times stronger than I am. I saw him defeat a Millennium Mandala Snake by himself, then carry the Mandala Snake away."

Huo Yuhao knew who Wang Dong meant and told her in a serious voice.

"He's that strong? He defeated a Millennium Mandala Snake alone and even carried it away?"

"No one's sitting there. Go ahead."

Lin Fan paused in surprise, looked at Wang Dong, then at the empty seat beside him before answering calmly.

He had not expected Wang Dong to sit next to him.

"Okay."

Wang Dong nodded, wiped down the seat, and sat beside him. Then she introduced herself.

"Hello, I'm Wang Dong. I heard you defeated a Millennium Mandala Snake. Is that true?"

He seems nice enough.

"It's true. How did you hear about it? I'm Lin Fan. Nice to meet you."

Lin Fan sounded puzzled.

"Well... my roommate told me!" Wang Dong paused to think, then pressed on.

"Lin Fan, how did you beat a Millennium Mandala Snake? Can you tell me?"

Lin Fan smiled and made a request.

"I can, but you have to agree to one thing."

Wang Dong's right here. I can ask her and see how Resonance Talent works.
