Phainon stroked his chin and said:

"Nothing was left out."

He reached into the air.

A comical mask, half yellow and half purple, fell into his hand.

"This is a Masked Fool's mask."

Everyone was curious. "What does it do? It can't be an ordinary mask!"

Phainon explained, "The Mask of Elation carries the power of Elation. The Masked Fools who possess one are followers of the Aeon Aha!"

"They amuse themselves with pranks, by overturning order, and in other ways, advancing farther along the Path of Elation."

Once everyone understood what the mask represented, they couldn't help being stunned.

With it, Phainon could strengthen his power of Elation simply by acting in ways that embodied Elation.

So Phainon really had inherited the power of Elation!

An Aeon had handed his authority directly to Phainon.

If that didn't make him an Emanator, it came close!

But Phainon mostly didn't know whether to laugh or cry.

He was already an Emanator of Destruction.

And the power Aha had given him was far from weak.

He just couldn't figure out whether Aha was trying to poach him or what.

He could sense that the Mask of Elation Aha had thrust upon him wasn't quite like an ordinary one.

To him, its power already seemed close to an Emanator's.

Why had Aha forced this much power of Elation on him?

Phainon couldn't make sense of it.

Now it seemed Aha might have staged the whole Sky Curtain ranking just to foist this Mask of Elation on him.

That god of revelry had made an entire batch of dumplings just for this dish of vinegar!

Wang Dong and Huo Yuhao thought of the other reward, and their eyes lit up.

"Then what kind of reward is Aha's specially made Astral Express ticket?"

Surely a reward made by the Aeon of Elation himself was no ordinary thing.

In Douluo III, Tang Ziran and his wife, restored from Cat Cakes to human form, would have had something to say about that! It certainly wasn't ordinary!

As for Phainon, he looked puzzled too.

He had no idea what Aha was up to. Surely he wasn't supposed to pull a character card?

Who could resist pulling when a five-star was guaranteed?

There were so many five-star characters. As long as it wasn't Aya, he'd be fine.

He took out the ticket.

A burst of steam sounded!

Something resembling a train door appeared inside the clothing store, radiating golden light!

Everyone stared, dumbfounded. So this was what the ticket did? It really could summon a train!

Pom-Pom opened the door!

A girl with a gray trash can over her head tumbled out of the train.

The next moment, the golden light faded, and the door vanished.

The Stellaron Sprite sat on the floor, utterly bewildered.

"Who am I? Where am I?"

Then she came to her senses. "Ah! Pom-Pom! Conductor! Don't go! I haven't boarded yet!"

At the sight of this bizarre scene, Qian Renxue recognized her.

"Isn't she the Trailblazer who saved the world alongside Phainon?"

Wang Dong and Huo Yuhao were at a loss for words.

Why was the Trailblazer wearing a trash can on her head?

What was that supposed to mean?

The corner of Phainon's mouth twitched.

Wasn't he pulling a five-star card?

How had he pulled the Stellaron Sprite over here?

Did someone who was given away for free count as a five-star?

Shouldn't that count as zero stars?

Shouldn't she still be out there Trailblazing?

By the timeline, the Stellaron Sprite ought to be in Dual-Phase Paradise right now!

The Stellaron Sprite got to her feet and looked around.

Then she spotted a familiar face.

"Phainon, what are you doing here?" she asked, moved.

She dashed over and slapped palms with him. They pressed their arms together and bumped shoulders.

"I was about to ask you the same thing."

Phainon almost rolled his eyes.

Sure, the Stellaron Sprite was technically a five-star character in the game, but she was given away for free!

Aha really was something else!

The Stellaron Sprite pulled off the gray trash can and carefully set it upright.

"There wasn't any treasure inside the trash cans in Dual-Phase Paradise. What a disappointment."

Everyone stared at her.

What on earth were these two doing?

They had only just watched the Stellaron Sprite, Cyrene, Phainon, and the others join forces against a Lord Ravager on the Sky Curtain.

Yet here the two of them were in real life, acting so unpredictably!

And the Trailblazer was cradling a trash can.

Was there something special about it?

Everyone grew curious, though it looked utterly ordinary.

Noticing them staring at her trash can, the Stellaron Sprite asked warily, "So where am I? And who are they?"

Phainon introduced everyone to her.

Then he asked Qian Renxue to tell the Stellaron Sprite everything that had happened.

That included Douluo Continent's system of Soul Rings and Soul Masters, as well as what the Sky Curtain had revealed.

After hearing it all, the Stellaron Sprite was astonished. She circled Phainon twice.

"So I got pulled here like a character card?"

"And you even have a Mask of Elation?"

Phainon nodded and took out his Mask of Elation.

The instant the Stellaron Sprite saw the yellow-and-purple Mask of Elation, she felt as if a yellow-and-purple sea had enveloped her!

Even the clothes around her were yellow and purple!

That was Phainon's style, all right.

She patted her chest and said,

"Good thing I was the one who came. If it had been Aya, she'd have strangled you on the spot."

Phainon nodded in heartfelt agreement. "Partner, you've saved my life again."

After that bit of teasing,

the Stellaron Sprite turned to Qian Renxue and the others with keen curiosity.

"Martial Souls? Soul Rings? What kind of powers are those? Could I have a Martial Soul and Soul Rings too?"

As a member of the Trailblaze, the Stellaron Sprite shared its curiosity.

Now that she had arrived somewhere unknown, she meant to learn all about it.

Qian Renxue froze. She had never considered that question.

Right! Why hadn't I thought to see whether Phainon could awaken a Martial Soul and Soul Power too?

But could someone from beyond Douluo Continent awaken a Martial Soul and Innate Soul Power?

To test that idea, Qian Renxue sent Snake Lance Douluo to fetch a crystal ball for measuring Soul Power.

She had him bring several extras, just in case.

Soon, the Stellaron Sprite eagerly went first.

To her, arriving in this world by accident might just be the charm of Trailblazing!

That was a major achievement! Welt and Himeko would have to give her plenty of praise when she got back, wouldn't they?

As the Stellaron Sprite's thoughts darted wildly from one thing to another,

the Martial Soul she manifested kept flickering too.

First it was a baseball bat, then a long red spear, then a hat, then a pen.

It switched so constantly that Qian Renxue and the others were baffled.

Even Snake Lance Douluo had never seen anything like it.

Qian Renxue was bewildered. "What's going on?"

Snake Lance Douluo and the others looked just as lost.

What kind of strange Martial Soul was this?

Phainon, however, understood. These were probably the powers of the Stellaron Sprite's different Paths.

In the end, the Martial Soul the Stellaron Sprite awakened was a baseball bat.

Phainon asked with interest, "How does it feel?"

The Stellaron Sprite tightened her grip on the bat.

She gave it a couple of swings, each one whistling through the air.

She said,

"Pretty good. More interesting than I expected."

"And it looks like I can switch it, too."

The next moment, the baseball bat turned into a Harmony hat and settled on her head.

The Stellaron Sprite tipped the hat with a flourish and gave a little bow of thanks.
