"Not bad, you!" Looking at Sasuke, Neji figured that maybe Sasuke really could learn this thing after all.

"I really have no idea what kind of mindset the Second Hokage was in to invent this kind of ninjutsu!" Sasuke sighed.

Neji did not care what purpose Tobirama Senju had in mind when inventing the Impure World Reincarnation Jutsu. He casually said, "There's no need to care about that sort of thing. Whether something is evil still depends on how it's used, who it's used on, and what the purpose is."

"What you said makes sense, too," Sasuke stopped struggling over whether the ninjutsu was righteous or evil, and instead began to think about how it might be used.

The more Sasuke looked at it, the more terrifying this ninjutsu seemed.

Ninjas summoned by the Impure World Reincarnation Jutsu simply could not be killed using normal methods. Aside from being unkillable, those ninjas summoned through reincarnation did not fatigue and possessed infinite chakra, practically becoming true monsters.

Hearing Neji's words, Sasuke inexplicably breathed a sigh of relief. This Impure World Reincarnation Jutsu was truly a bit too defying of the heavens, making Sasuke even want to truly study Sealing Jutsu in depth.
