"Is this our Dormitory?"
When Shen Yi led Tang Wulin and the other four down the long corridor and pushed open the rickety wooden door, everyone froze.
Before them was a room smaller than ten square meters. Two somewhat rotten single beds took up most of the space, battered Soul Tool parts of unknown purpose were piled in a corner, and a damp, musty smell filled the air. This hardly seemed like accommodation at the continent's finest academy. It was worse than an ordinary guesthouse outside.
What made their mouths twitch even more was that the boys and girls had to share it.
"Well... those are the rules." Looking at five faces covered in question marks, Shen Yi smiled awkwardly, his gaze wandering. "Work-study dorm space is tight, and... mixed-gender buildings are already the norm. Since you're a team, living together makes it easier to communicate. I have something to do. Go ahead and unpack. Unpack!"
