Senju Toka took out the Intelligence Scroll Tobirama had given her and unrolled it before everyone. Pointing at its contents, she said, "Our investigation found that the Land of Rice Fields hasn't given the Land of Lightning much assistance. It merely opened a route for the Land of Lightning to transport provisions through its territory. Beyond that, it hasn't helped transport any supplies."

"So the Land of Lightning has to handle all the transportation itself?" Kazemori Masaki asked, looking at the Scroll.

"Exactly, and that creates a problem: the journey is long, so every shipment takes considerable time and effort." Senju Toka smiled faintly and pointed to a line on the Scroll. "That's why the Land of Lightning adopted another method. First, it brought a large quantity of provisions to one location and stockpiled them. Then it divided its logistics force into two groups. One delivered some of those provisions to the front, while the other returned to bring more. By the time the original stockpile was nearly exhausted, the next shipment would arrive."

"Oh! So the Land of Lightning has a Grain Depot here, too. The Land of Rice Fields probably provided that as well." Ōnoki nodded.

"That's why we should make this Grain Depot our primary target and destroy as much of the supply line as we can," Senju Toka said. "If we only destroy the supply line, once the Land of Lightning realizes what's happening, the provisions in its Grain Depot could sustain it for a while. That would give it enough time to find another way to establish a new supply line. After all, we can't stay here blocking its supplies forever. But if we destroy the Grain Depot itself, it will have to either bring provisions all the way from the Land of Lightning again
