The group followed Zhao Tian slowly out of the Heaven Dou Royal Academy's education committee hall, through the tranquil corridors, and beyond the academy's imposing buildings.
They had not gone far when a tall, solitary figure came into view ahead. It was Qin Ming, who had resolutely resigned in the hall just moments earlier, determined to leave the Heaven Dou Academy.
Qin Ming walked briskly, his expression calm. Freed from the constraints of his position as an instructor at the Heaven Dou Academy, he seemed considerably more relaxed, though a trace of uncertainty and loneliness lingered over his unknown future.
