Li Su stood a short distance away, quietly watching the warm, lovely scene before her. As her little daughter hovered affectionately around the two, wheedling for attention, a tender smile spread across her face, and her heart filled with comfort and warmth.
"Chenchen, Su Su, it's getting late. Let's go home." Li Su stepped forward and spoke gently.
Only after she finished speaking did her gaze settle properly on Zhu Zhuqing beside them.
She had been busy with the awakening work earlier and had merely assumed this was an unfamiliar girl visiting Spirit Hall on business. She had never expected the girl to quietly stay with Lin Chen for the entire afternoon.
Seeing the girl's stunning beauty, exceptional bearing, and patient, gentle manner with her little daughter, Li Su understood at once. A knowing smile flashed in her eyes as she turned to Lin Chen and teased him:

She gathered herself and bowed slightly to Li Su with graceful courtesy, her voice soft and gentle. "Hello, Auntie."
Hearing her greeting and seeing her son's frank, confident manner, Li Su's delight immediately lit up her face. Unable to stop smiling, she nodded repeatedly:
"Wonderful, wonderful! So you're Chenchen's girlfriend. What a pretty, well-mannered girl! Come on, let's go home. We'll liven the place up!"
