That the book was going paid!
I started writing this book in late November, and only after many twists and turns did it finally make it to its paid release. No gold is wholly pure, and no person is perfect; novels are no exception.
This book was not perfect and had all sorts of flaws, but this humble author put my heart into writing it. I revised and rewrote it many times, sometimes deleting an entire chapter and staying up late to write it again, all to give you, my dear readers, a better reading experience.
Along the way, you offered many suggestions, which I took on board and used to make reasonable adjustments as circumstances allowed. This book could be called the fruit of all our efforts.
Of course, different flowers please different eyes.
This book still had its flaws, and with everyone's tastes and views differing, it could not possibly please everyone. To those who enjoyed it, thank you for your continued support.
