In principle, he did not support such practices.
But after seeing the substantial increase in quarterly revenue, he had hesitated.
In the end, he had thought it over. The only people getting fleeced were outsiders, while the beneficiaries were his own people.

He set down the documents in his hand, rose, and walked around to the front of the desk.
"I am Gan Fall, the God of Angel Island."
After a pause, he continued:
"Let us set aside the matter of entrapment for now.
I only wish to ask one question. Did you pay the entrance fee when you passed through Heaven's Gate?"
Randall was so angry he laughed.
You opened your mouth and immediately brushed aside the main issue?!
If we weren't going to discuss that, was there any point in continuing?
"So you're determined to keep going down this road to the bitter end!"
Gan Fall said:
"Since you are dodging the question, I take it you did not pay.
And since you refuse to comply with our laws, I have no choice but to resort to force."
As he spoke, he lifted his robe.
Beneath it was a suit of Battle Armor gleaming coldly.
After he picked up the Knight's Lance from the nearby weapon rack, a weighty aura radiated from him.
Sensing that aura, the winged horse dozing nearby suddenly whinnied, rose, and came to Gan Fall's side.
"Oh, so you're throwing hands the moment we disagree?
Fine. Great. Absolutely wonderful. Just what I wanted!"
Randall spoke with a
