Outside the cave, Obito followed the traces left behind and finally found the cave where Rin was being held.
Crouching in a tree, Obito looked toward the cave, his heart racing.
He began to grow nervous. Unless he was mistaken, those two guys were both Jonin.
Could he really take on two Jonin? Would he get caught? Would he get Rin killed? The more he thought about it, the more frightened he became.
Smack, smack, smack!
Obito raised his hands and slapped his cheeks.

Obito was both surprised and delighted. He hadn't expected his words to actually get through to Kakashi.
"Of course I came. I wasn't about to let a dead-last like you look down on me."
But the slash wasn't fatal. Taiseki quickly retreated, leaping onto a branch of another tree before activating his Camouflage Concealment Technique again and vanishing before them.
Invisibility? What a troublesome ninjutsu. How did he erase even his scent? Looks like I'll have to pinpoint him through air currents and contact with objects.
After grumbling inwardly, Kakashi quickly began searching for anything out of place.
Obito also searched nervously for Taiseki.
Suddenly, footsteps sounded behind them. Kakashi immediately located their enemy—he was right behind Obito.
"Obito, behind you!"
Kakashi shoved Obito aside and swung his blade.
The slash
