From what he knew of the Mechanical Race, they could not have accomplished this without experimental models, the relevant laboratories, and equipment.
The Mechanical Commander's eyes lit up. "Of course."
"We have detailed theoretical data. If you need it, Demon Emperor, we can bring it out for you to review."
"Your Majesty happens to be both a cultivator and someone familiar with scientific theory. Perhaps, after reviewing it, you could offer more sound suggestions!"
Science had always embraced an open attitude.

"How did you determine the shape of this world?"
The Mechanical Commander's eyes lit up. "For Your Majesty to ask such a question, could it be that you've already explored the boundaries of this Chaos World?"
