After getting his answer, Lin Sen gave up on the idea of going to the hotel alone.
He was actually pretty scared of Gu Cheng, too. That guy had an absolutely awful temper.
This was his first time living in a dorm, and at first, he had worried he might not get along with his roommates.
Luckily, the other two were pretty easygoing. Although Gu Yun rarely spoke to him, he was actually a nice guy.
That evening, Bai Chen finished all his assignments for the next few days ahead of time and was about to wash up and go to bed.
He and Lin Sen had been the only two in the dorm all day.

Lin Sen had been a little nervous ever since Gu Yun walked in. What had happened earlier that day had left quite an impression on him.
Now he felt too embarrassed to say even a single word to Gu Yun.

Suddenly, someone lightly tapped the head of his bed and called his name in a soft, gentle voice. "Xiao Bai, Xiao Bai."
Xiao Bai was a nickname Gu Yun had recently given him because he thought it sounded nice.
Bai Chen hadn't objected, but for some reason, it sounded a little strange to him, as if he had heard that name in a cartoon somewhere.
But he just couldn't remember which one.
He could only let Gu Yun call him that.
"Hmm? What's wrong?" Bai Chen hadn't fallen fully asleep yet, and his eyes opened reflexively when he heard someone calling him.
"There's a meteor shower tonight that we can watch from the sports field. Do you want to go see it?" Gu Yun was very close to Bai Chen's cheek. A little closer, and their faces would touch.
Bai Chen kept staring at the ceiling, not noticing where Gu Yun's gaze was focused.
"It's a little late. Do you really want to see it?" Bai Chen turned his head slightly. Resting it on the pillow felt rather comfortable.
"Yes." Gu Yun nodded firmly, as though he were doing something of great importance.
"Okay, give me a minute. I'm a little sleepy. Let me doze for a bit and wake myself up." Bai Chen was so sleepy that his eyes were about to close.
He was so tired-what kind of meteor shower was this, to get the beautiful Gu Yun so interested?
Well, there was no helping it. Since this little angel wanted to go so badly, he'd just have to sacrifice himself to keep him company.
Bai Chen struggled in bed for a few minutes before finally forcing himself to climb down.
But his eyes were still drooping with sleep. Half-awake, he picked up the light blue jacket on his chair and threw it on.
"What's wrong? Let's go." Bai Chen yawned.
Seeing how sleepy Bai Chen was, Gu Yun suddenly felt a little guilty. Bai Chen had been busy lately, often working until midnight. Today, he finally had a chance to go to bed early, only for Gu Yun to drag him up to watch a meteor shower.
"Maybe we should forget it. You're pretty tired, and there's nothing much to see in a meteor shower anyway," Gu Yun said.
Hearing that, Bai Chen smiled casually. "It's fine. I kind of want to see what a meteor shower looks like, too. Let's go."
