"It's been ages, Big Brother Naruto!"

Having seen with her Byakugan that Naruto was home, Hanabi cheerfully unlocked his front door and walked in as though she were entering her own house.

In keeping with the Ninja Regulations, she did not ask about his mission.

The instant the door opened, Naruto's startled voice came from the kitchen:

"Long time no see, little Hanabi.

Wait, actually, I'd rather know what's going on with that key in your hand."

Wearing an apron and holding a ladle, Naruto poked his head out of the kitchen.

Hanabi sat down on the sofa and swung her feet smugly. "When I helped tidy your living room last time, I 'borrowed' your key and made three copies!

I came over all the time to clean up while you were away on your mission for those two weeks!"

Three copies?

Why three?

Even if she was worried about losing one, she didn't need that many, did she?

Muttering to himself, Naruto ducked back into the kitchen.

"So, are you here to play the helpful little house fairy again today?"

"Nope!"

Although she had no idea what Big Brother Naruto meant by a house fairy, it was probably someone who helped others clean their homes.

Hanabi got up from the sofa and skipped over to the kitchen doorway, her eyes sparkling.

"I heard you made a fortune completing an S-rank mission, Big Brother Naruto. Do you want to move into a bigger house?

Or replace some of your furniture?

If you don't have enough money, I can pay for it!"

Steam puffed from the soup pot, and Naruto's hand paused as he lifted the lid.

There were only two months left until the Konoha Crush Plan. Buying a house now would be worse than throwing money into a pond.
