Something resembling both cloth and skin had appeared there, and it was writhing across the ceiling.

Raphael was about to send his Zombies forward when he suddenly sensed a powerful signal coming from that piece of cloth. The signal conveyed "hunger"!

It was a peculiar sensation-not words or a look, but something more like spiritual communication.
