Raphael remembered now. That was where the Ancient Sun God had awakened!
And it was suspected to be the Chaos Sea's entrance into the real world!
The Chaos Sea was a rather unusual sefirah. Other sefirot only had entrances in an abstract sense, but the Chaos Sea had a real entrance in the physical world.

Then Raphael realized that the Amon Avatar thought he had come for Chernobyl too.
And judging by what the Amon Avatar had said, there seemed to be something strange about Sorn City and Bidis City. His avatars had never even discovered them.
Raphael did not believe all of that, but he believed some of it.
Before he had transformed the corpse of Bradel, the Giant King's youngest son, in front of Amon's True Body, Amon's avatars had indeed never appeared in Sorn City. Perhaps Amon really had failed to discover the city.
But if so, there really was something wrong with this city.

"They must have some special Sealed Artifact, or they've received help from some bizarre existence.
"I want to work with you to destroy that city and see just what's so special about it.
