Audrey felt a little uncomfortable under Raphael's gaze. In a place filled with nude statues like this, she could make a fair guess at what he was thinking without studying him closely.
She hurriedly asked, "Did you find any clues?"
"What clues could I find by looking at nude statues?" Raphael shook his head with a smile. "You don't have to feel so uncomfortable. I was just making a simple comparison."
Audrey recalled what Raphael had just said and realized he had been comparing her to a Demoness.
That made her feel even more uncomfortable. Yet despite usually being quite articulate, Audrey could not think of a rebuttal for a moment. She only said, "We should find the clues as soon as possible."
"The clues should be up ahead." Raphael walked forward as he spoke. "Did you notice the statues of those Beyonder creatures?"
Audrey hurried after him but did not answer his question, because she had barely looked at those statues earlier.
Raphael smiled. "You're still young. Don't spend too much time looking at nude male statues."
Audrey was both annoyed and amused. "Then why were you looking at the nude female statues?"
"Because I'm an adult," Raphael said. "Why shouldn't I look?"
Audrey seemed to choke on her words, but she soon had to admit that she really did lack knowledge in this area. That was only natural. After all, she had nowhere near as much life experience as Raphael.
Seeing that Audrey did not continue the discussion about the statues, Raphael added, "The statues of Beyonder creatures up ahead are Demonic Wolves, but there seem to be different groups among them."
