The four Saints continued looting Bidis City, and soon found where the Bidisis People stored their Sealed Artifacts and Beyonder characteristics.
There were several Grade 1 Sealed Artifacts there, along with quite a few Saint-level characteristics. These were the riches Bidis City had accumulated over thousands of years, and even the four Saints almost grew tired of taking them.
Grand Cultivator Liang Jitang, in particular, felt like someone who had never seen much of the world. Every Sealed Artifact he looked at possessed a beauty that left him awestruck.
Even the usually discerning Bernadette picked out several items.
According to their earlier agreement, Bernadette only had one opportunity to choose spoils. She had not used that opportunity yet, but Raphael did not quibble with her over it.
Raphael, who had a Space Pocket, took the greater part of these spoils. Their earlier agreement had also limited the number of times Klein could obtain Sealed Artifacts, but he did not abide by it either, taking a few extras. Most of the time, however, he merely touched the Sealed Artifacts.
Liang Jitang had taken so much that his spirituality could no longer keep everything sealed. He could only sigh and give up.
After dividing the spoils, the four Saints returned to Sorn City to rest. Liang Jitang hurriedly distributed the Magical Treasures and Beyonder characteristics he held among his companions. Any longer, and he would have been unable to hold on.
Seeing so many spoils seemed to ease much of the Dark Hut Disciples' grief over their companion's death.
In this battle, the Dark Hut had lost a Cultivator equivalent to Sequence 4. He had died in the Supernova Dominator's earlier rain of light. As a recipient of Grace, he had no characteristics in his body, so absolutely nothing remained of him.
