Justice Audrey explained to the new member, Devil, "About two years ago, I used dreams to explore the collective consciousness sea and saw a Mind Dragon there. Following its trail, I found a village that worshipped dragons."
Devil Raphael nodded. "Perhaps that was a genuine dragon, or rather, a survivor of the Dragon race."
Hanged Man Alger and Hermit Cattleya immediately straightened in their seats. Alger looked at Justice at once, signaling with his eyes for her to keep asking. Mr. Devil clearly knew something about the Dragon race.
Fool Klein also took an interest. Outwardly, he remained composed, but he was already listening closely to their conversation.
The other members had yet to realize this, so they were merely listening as though it were an ordinary topic.
Justice was not Little Sun. Even without Hanged Man's prompting glance, she would have continued asking questions.
Audrey asked, "Mr. Devil, when you mentioned survivors of the Dragon race, did you mean the dragons of the Second Epoch?"
"Yes," Raphael said. "I heard that three high-sequence dragons survived the catastrophe and have lived to this day."
Apart from Fool and World, the other members showed varying degrees of surprise.
