When he had first faced the Zombie Arman just after advancing, he had still been somewhat flustered.
By the time he fought the somewhat weakened Living Corpse Bennett on the night of the full moon, he had been much more composed.
Now, when Raphael realized that Bennett was the only one who had caught up, he deliberately created opportunities for his opponent to approach him.
After all, a Werewolf's primary attacks could only take effect at close range.

Raphael seized an opening and used the Mystical Item to perform combat hypnosis on his opponent.
The Zombie Bennett's eyes immediately dimmed, as though he had suddenly fallen asleep at the height of battle.
The four zombies around him continued carrying out his orders, attacking Raphael.
But Raphael clearly had no time to bother with them. He straightened four fingers and thrust them forward, plunging them into Bennett's eyes.
Raphael grinned viciously. "Here, this should wake you up!"
After releasing his Wolf Poison, Raphael immediately backed away.
The next instant, the excruciating pain temporarily freed Bennett from the combat hypnosis. He lashed out with a clawing hand, but caught nothing.
Bennett drew a deep breath. He heard sounds ahead of him and could still sense the zombies he had created.
Assuming those zombies had entangled the Werewolf, he roared and charged forward. With one swipe, he tore a zombie apart, then reached out again.
