It might have been a Dark Eldar slave, a human slave, or a slave of some other miscellaneous race. That did not matter. During the Haemonculi's long process of modification, they would all be ravaged and enlarged by all manner of growth drugs and viruses.

The Haemonculi had injected it with far too many drugs and viruses. Once the twisted abomination's mutation was complete, its hands had been replaced with metal claws or ichor injectors, and its cerebral lobes had been removed, turning it into a literally brainless monster.

To a finicky Emperor's Children warrior like Lucius, such a thing was simply a walking pile of excrement. Even catching a whiff of it was a desecration of the senses.
