Ever since the flooding at Longwind Lake all those years ago, Chu Hang had not "wandered in dreams" for a long time. He had almost forgotten how it felt, and even back then, he had only understood it afterward, once Mr. Yi enlightened him.
As for dreaming a little over a month ago that the Heavenly Book in his home had been stolen, from Chu Hang's perspective, that had at most felt like some sort of prophetic dream.
But ever since he had glimpsed the Heavenly Book hazily in that dream, Chu Hang had felt his hearing and eyesight gradually sharpen. Occasionally, a peculiar feeling stirred in his heart, especially on rainy days.
Chu Hang supposed this might be the last thread of affinity granted to him by that final glimpse in his dream, before the Heavenly Book departed.

That was why he sometimes felt himself putting on clothes or opening and unlocking doors in his dreams. He was half dreaming, half wandering.
