Maybe I'd had some deficiency heat lately. Last night, my teeth started hurting so badly I couldn't sleep-or maybe it wasn't my teeth. Anyway, my gums hurt, the teeth on one side ached from end to end, and it brought on a headache too.
I finally made it to daybreak, bought some ibuprofen, and took it, but it did absolutely nothing for the pain.
I'd just booked a dental appointment when, wouldn't you know it, my kid twisted their neck at school, so I went straight to looking after them.
I'd been determined to post an update today, come hell or high water. After getting home this afternoon, I finally had a little time, but the pain made it impossible to focus.
Since I hadn't slept at all last night, I dozed fitfully for a few hours. If my mother-in-law hadn't come over and picked up my kid, I probably would've felt even worse.
It hurts, and I feel awful. I've booked a dental appointment for tomorrow afternoon.
Once I get through these next couple of days, I'll do my best to keep up three updates a day and make up the ones I owe!
