The book ends here. It may seem as though there was still plenty left to write, but in fact, everything that needed to be written has been written.

There were still a few things worth writing that I left unwritten, either because they would not fit the continuity, because they would span too much time, or because they would be too repetitive. Material like that is actually better suited to bonus chapters.

Some might say I could have written about the rebellions in those two places, but founding a realm and tracing the rise and fall of dynasties are subjects too vast to wrap up in a short stretch.

The Great Yong dynasty played a fairly important role in the book. From Chu Hang's arrival through Mingzong, Wuzong, and Emperor Youzong, how much space did it take up, and how much groundwork did it require? A brief treatment would certainly feel unsatisfying, but a long one might not be good either. Better to end things here.

Just like Lesser Fullness: full, but not overflowing!

Old friends have all departed, yet new bonds keep coming. Thank you, dear readers, for patiently reading this book to the end!
