"Even so, finding him with only those few clues won't be easy!"
Fang Qianyuan's father, Fang Hai, had left him quite a few clues, and had even named several suspects at one point.

Fang Hai had originally been a disciple of the Spirit Taming Sect. If the Spirit Taming Sect and the Azure Cloud Sect learned the story of how he had assumed a new identity, it would not affect Fang Qianyuan's present status or position, but it could easily cause complications to sprout along the way.

"Tour the six courts and their offices? Certainly. I'll have them make preparations..." Elder Cao was somewhat surprised, but did not find the request strange. Although Fang Qianyuan was an esteemed elder of the pure faction, he might still join the worldly faction or take on a nominal administrative post. Studying another sect's institutions, broadening his knowledge, and widening his horizons were also essential forms of cultivation.
